Inclusive programs for all types of diets

As a mom to neurodivergent and ARFID children, I had to learn how to navigate balancing nutrition for growth and development while honoring their specific feelings towards foods. I understand the pressure and guilt that can come from worrying that you are doing everything right.

Nutrition Therapy

Chronic or short term health conditions can be overwhelming, but food can be a valuable tool in managing your health. I can help you create a path in managing conditions like high cholesterol, hypertension, heart disease, or kidney disease.
